As someone who landed in the insurance world by surprise, I can empathize with employers and their employees when they\'re handed a benefits brochure and are expected to understand how they\'re covered.In my 8 years of working in benefits, I can honestly say, I\'ve learned A LOT! I\'ve developed valued relationships and trust with my clients, and have grown to know many of them personally along the way (which is my favorite part). Whether its bringing my clients up to speed on the ever-changing healthcare landscape, helping them navigate complicated claims/billing issues, assisting them with benefits administration complications, jumping in to educate employees on their benefits, or chatting about their dreams and woes, I\'ve got it covered.
