The Infrastructure Portfolio Lead is designed to focus on future planning, oversight and governance of infrastructure projects, and financial control. • Engage with directors and product leads across infrastructure services to ensure executing projects are aligned with the organizational roadmap for shared services and identify dependencies across infrastructure disciplines. • Identify and/or collect operational status of initiatives across infrastructure to maintain roadmaps focused on capability changes, organizational impact, and sequencing of the general availability of product mixes. • Identify potential conflicts of initiative timelines across infrastructure services, and other technical teams, that will affect delivery or providing a secure hosting environment to global markets. • Assist with annual operational planning & budgeting activities focused on advancing hosting technical compliance, reducing existing technical debt/risk, and onboarding of new or existing capabilities with global markets. • Provide regular road mapping, reporting and maintain ongoing communications to IT senior management, stakeholders and executive sponsors leveraging current reporting tools.
