I am the owner and lead legal nurse consultant for Nursewise Consulting, LLC, with 20+ years of nursing experience. I work with attorneys to provide analysis of medical records for cases involving medical malpractice and personal injury. This includes screening cases for merit, identifying deviations from standards of care, performing medical research, location and vetting of testifying experts, identifying possible tampering, identifying missing medical records, identifying any weaknesses in a case related to medical issues, and preparing reports tailored to attorney preference. My experience with utilization review has provided me with a balcony view, allowing me to see the whole picture.
