   Handled shipment-based forecasting on eCommerce ($92.5mil for 2022 and SKUs) and international businesses- Handled a combination of shipment and distributor-based forecasting to all of our Small Format businesses ($414.3mil for 2022). This pillar includes major customers like Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, Family Dollar, etcetera and includes 1,650 SKUs- Handled indirect analysis piece to distributor level for CVS, Walgreens, and Family Dollar- Worked cross functionally with sales, brand, lifecycle management, etcetera to collaborate on forecasts- Participated in program geared towards acclimating new hires twice and was a part of internal mentorship program- One of two People Pillar leads for our ERG focused on building cross-generational relationships within our company. With my co-chair organized multiple events; the largest being a130 person event- Communications lead for our ERG focused around AAPI culture. Crafted and sent out announcements on events to the rest of the company.
