Our mission is to create an experiences marketplace that’s wildly compelling to travelers, essential to operators, and simple for all.I began as the product manager for revenue management, encompassing personalized ranking and pricing optimizations. I then transitioned to lead all search capabilities, launching a two-tier search architecture, semantic search and query parsing capabilities, and driving our conversational AI strategy. I’m now the Senior PM for B2C pricing and loyalty, focused on ensuring Viator is top-of-mind when travelers book experiences.In every role, I’ve stayed deeply user-centric, embraced rapid experimentation, and collaborated closely across teams to deliver intuitive and impactful product experiences.
