I’m a People Operations professional focused on building scalable, reliable HR infrastructure that helps growing organizations support their employees effectively. My work centers on employee lifecycle operations, HRIS ownership, workforce reporting, and strengthening the operational foundation that People teams rely on.At Engine, I support 1,200+ employees across international and multi-state teams during a period of rapid organizational growth and global expansion. I manage core People Operations functions including HRIS systems, performance review cycles, and workforce data integrity, and partner closely with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. I’ve created Performance Improvement Plans and supported investigations in collaboration with HR leadership and legal, helping ensure consistent and compliant practices as the organization scaled.I’ve contributed to the growth and maturity of the People Operations function by developing SOPs, improving process clarity, and helping ensure systems and workflows scale alongside organizational needs. I’ve also served as an Interim HRBP, supporting managers directly through complex employee situations while reinforcing operational consistency.I’m especially motivated by helping growing companies build strong People foundations and creating processes that are clear, scalable, and supportive for both employees and managers.
