About Shelby Mann

Currently serving the people of Colorado as an Assistant Attorney General Fellow at the Colorado Department of Law, Revenue & Utilities Section. During my second summer and last year of law school I also interned for this section, preparing adminsitrative litigation and conducting hearings under the Colorado Student Practice Act. I am a Juris Doctor graduate and former student at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Letters: Constitutional Studies, a B.A. in Public and Nonprofit Administration, and a Minor in Latin. Prior to my time at the Colorado Department of Law, I gained experience while in law school in federal criminal law from interning for the U.S. Attorney\'s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma, other areas of law from serving as a Judicial Extern for the Chief Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma, and in civil litigation after having been confirmed as Licensed Legal Intern in the Civil Litigation Division of the Office of the Oklahoma Attorney General. Outside of the law I have knowledge in and around the nonprofit industry. I am passionate about serving my community and providing an avenue from which to find resources for people who need them the most. I care greatly about civic/experiential education and foundational nonprofit programming for youth of all ages.
