Specifically, we provide M&A advisory services as well as services that optimize the office of the CFO. Our M&A services span the deal lifecycle, specializing in merger and acquisition integration management and due diligence. Our CFO services range from interim CFO, technical accounting, close optimization, reporting / dashboarding, working capital management, ERP implementations, as well as vendor and cost management. I partner with clients to develop and implement innovative and practical solutions and strategies to help them address their most complex and transformative issues and initiatives. The diversity of experience I have gleaned from 20+ years, spanning over 13 with two Big 4 firms, over 6 years with a global defense services contractor business as well as experience in a Technology Start-up allows me to bring unique perspectives and timely solutions to my clients.
