Served as a case manager for complex development applications including commercial, mixed-use, industrial, market rate residential and affordable housing proposals. Facilitated neighborhood meetings for highly controversial development proposals and presented staff reports to the Land Use Review Commission and City Council. Co-created and maintained public engagement webpage for development projects and long range plans to encourage resident participation in the planning process. Served as community development liaison to the Advisory Committee on Environmental Sustainability, the Parks, Recreation and Senior Services Advisory Committee, and the Employee’s Review Committee. Established new zone districts including the Public Facilities District, the Open Space District and the Parks, Recreation and Open Lands District.
