My work has directly contributed to significant gains in student certification pass rates, including a 100% pass rate during my first year and district recognition for instructional impact and team performance.Beyond the classroom, I collaborate closely with district leadership on curriculum planning, program startup strategy, and instructional systems, applying business principles such as KPI tracking, performance improvement, compliance alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
