Align CTE programs with certifications, licensures, and industry requirements to the greatest extent possible.+Recruit, hire, train and coach industry professionals as campus CTE teachers.+Develop future ready curriculum +Ensure CTE courses assist students in the development of skills necessary for employment (i.e. interview skills, application skills, etc.).+Coordinate, research, and inform the instructional programs in CTE.+Coordinate the review and selection of instructional materials and supplies in CTE program.+Plan, coordinate, communicate, and facilitate the implementation of new instructional programs in CTE.+Manage the development and allocation of the annual budgets for CTE programs & Carl Perkins funds.
