As the first women of the family to take on this role, I am excited to continue the strong and proud tradition we have built. My Financial role includes everything from setting strategic goals, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis. My operational responsibilities range from overseeing production activity, recruitment, marketing, and business development.Being a small company, my role allows me to be directly involved with most elements of what we do; I thrive on the challenge and reward that this provides.
