Leads the development, implementation, and ongoing management of value-based care programs for physicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. Tracks key performance indicators, financial metrics, and clinical outcomes related to value-based care programs. Analyzes performance data and provides regular reports to senior leadership, physicians, andmother relevant stakeholders, highlighting progress, areas for improvement, and actionable insights. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement within value-based care programs, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices. Supports growth efforts in the region, working closely with business development.
