Emphasize employee engagement through implementing various activities that highlight employee achievements, growth, goals setting and recognition. Empower employees to develop and implement customer events with the purpose that we positively interact with our community. Complete 30-60-90-day strategic planning, Navajo Nation Office of the President quarterly reporting, weekly reports to the Navajo Nation Department of Social Services executives. Applies professional Human Services principles by influencing employees to be sensitive to the needs of low-income families and provide case management services for hard-to-serve families facing barriers to pursue a career path to become self-reliant. Build working relationships with inside/outside resources that benefit our customers. Ensure the team meets and exceeds established department mission, video on, goals and objectives. Address employee misconduct and performance deficiencies with Performance Improvement Plans and progressive discipline in partnership with the Department of Justice.Prepare all necessary reports. Expertise in developing and analyzing program operating systems, procedures and controls; operating and developing documents and reports, short and long-term plans, performance measures; managing staff and maintaining effective communication with direct services, support services and inside/outside resources.
