Led the planning and execution of eight diverse subnational diplomacy engagements, strengthening state-local partnerships and promoting U.S. foreign policy, resulting in the establishment of seven sister city relationships and the facilitation of two official U.S. mayoral delegation trips to Armenia and Peru. Drafted key policy documents and briefing materials used in federal interagency and international forums to coordinate subnational initiatives that promote U.S. commercial diplomacy and address the synthetic opioid crisis in Africa and the Western Hemisphere.
