Software Engineer II at Microsoft. I work on the platform that tracks every incident and outage across all of Microsoft. It\'s multi-tenant, serves thousands of engineering teams, and runs across public, sovereign, and air-gapped clouds. Right now I\'m building an AI agent that can pull logs, search codebases, and query live services to diagnose incidents automatically, and driving the platform\'s expansion into sovereign cloud environments. Before this, I owned infrastructure, reliability, and deployments for Azure Advisor (optimization recommendations for millions of Azure customers). I like working on things that are broken and making them work well at scale.

   IcM (Incident Management)- Multi-Tenant Ring-0 Platform• AI-Powered Incident Investigation Agent (0 to 1): Proposed, designed, and led development of an AI agent platform using Microsoft Agent Framework with a specialist-agent architecture. Pulls live telemetry logs and exceptions via Kusto (natural language to KQL). Searches documentation using RAG over Azure AI Search. Being extended to search service codebases via MCP and query live service state via REST APIs and SQL commands. Correlates findings across multiple data planes into a unified root-cause analysis. Full production deployment with zero secrets in code (Azure RBAC + Managed Identity exclusively). Reduced investigation time from hours to seconds for 80+ engineers, with plans to expand across additional teams.• SQL Infrastructure Scale-Out (31 databases, 84 servers, zero disruption): Led migration of IcM\'s SQL infrastructure across 8 microservices and 31 databases, from 27 shared servers to 84 dedicated servers across 4 datacenters. Built a config-driven PowerShell automation framework that replaced manual SQL commands with 13 orchestrated steps (95% automation). Completed 3 weeks early with zero customer-facing disruptions across 5 weeks of execution.
