Managing and delivering large-scale transformation programs and projects to time, cost and quality while building valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and developing a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities- Integrating transformation capabilities combining domain, strategy, technical and delivery experience by providing end-to-end cloud foundation services through migration, leveraging near and offshore resources and leading migration tools and methods- Using best practices (DevSecOps) to assist clients for maximizing the success of cloud operations which includes centrally managing cloud resources and establishing standards for cloud environments- Leading and/or contributing to post deal, value creation engagements with clients across all sectors including private equity and working with client engagement teams in executing Strategy and Transaction services which can assist key decision-makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions- Driving improvements by taking responsibility for engagement / account level Quality & Risk Management (QRM) initiatives, ensuring that project teams understand and comply with the Q & RM requirements- Designing and implementing IT roadmaps and blueprints, creating value through Service Architecture, developing Cloud and Digital strategies, specializing in the below one or more core IT Strategy disciplines : Transformation Delivery / Programme Leadership IT Strategy & Enablement IT Service Management IT Operating Model / Target Operating Model (TOM) Service Architecture and IT sourcing - Leading presentations and proposals for medium to high complex projects and providing subject matter insight to bids and proposals in relevant areas- Responsible for Business value creation through Technology and Manage C-suite level executives’ relationships.
