In-depth experience in the design, conductance, and interpretation of pre-clinical pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamic studies and the development of mechanism-based PK/PD models. Based on my experience with BBRC, I am well-acquainted with the process flow of the discovery program in different therapeutic areas. I am well versed with PK/PD modeling and simulation software like NONMEM, Phoenix WinNonlin, ADAPT, S-ADAPT, Berkeley Madonna, Monolix, GastroPlus, and PKsim. I have excellent skills in mechanism-based modeling of parent and metabolite PK/PD models as well as semi-physiological and physiologically based PK models for inhaled antibiotics with expertise in Human PK prediction and first in human dose projection using data from preclinical-species. I have excellent surgical skills such as cannulation of the jugular vein, carotid artery, bile duct, duodenum, intratracheal administration of antibiotics, and cerebrospinal fluid sampling (CSF) collection in pre-clinical species such as rats and mice.
