   Responsibilities Undertaken-• Strategic Sourcing and Procurement of Investment, Sand, and shell Casting products as per requirement (As cast, fully machined, sub-assembled, and assembled). driving from Purchase Requisition till the payment process.• New supplier introduction (Scouting, factory assessment, evaluation, SLA, and on-boarding).• Identifying potential suppliers as per the requirement & sharing the responses that include qualitative & quantitative analysis to the stakeholder; maintaining RFX (RFI/RFP/RFQ) documents and running the events through e-sourcing.• Releasing Enquiry/Orders for the product/services sourced locally & internationally.• Comparative analysis of received quotations & order-making.• Credit & Debit note settlement.• Responsible for clearing rejections settling for pending advances.• Product costing, value engineering.• New Product introduction: Establishing a supply chain for new products, tool development, Fixture development, process plans, and ensuring approval of product QAP (Quality Assurance Plan).• Regulating the functions entailing process reporting, updating weekly KPI & production planning for team & e-auction project details to stakeholders.• Checking all the pre-shipment & post-shipment documents as per the commercial term.• Co-ordinating with CHA (Customs House Agent) & shipping line to get the shipment booked within stipulated timelines.• Selection of CHA for custom clearance & further transportation• Maintaining/Handing over each consignment which involves a lot of coordination in a very short time & verifying the provided checklist by our CHA.• Ensure the uninterrupted supply of components shipment through various Incoterms like Ex-works, FOB, CIF, CFR, FCA, FAS.• Preparation of pre-shipment & post-shipment documents as per requirement.• Comparative Statements and Approval Notes prior to any purchase/Services from the respective vendors.• Circulating MIS report related to the procurement on weekly basis.
