Monitoring vessel Schedules for all ship routes• Handling Post – Departure Operations for CMA & partner vessels.• Receiving various information related to ship operations at Port within the specified period.• Reconciliation of information received from Trade management and Terminals.• Identifying discrepancies if any, related to Load/Discharge/ Re-stows/ Transshipments.• Tracking and tracing container from Liner web portal• Follow ups with terminal for terminal departure report /loading & discharging list• Maintaining transshipment details for all connecting vessel• Support in preparation of MIS reports as needed by management• Updating SOF into system to enable Trade Management measure vessel & Port Performances.• Co-ordination and follow-ups with Terminals/ Trade Management & Agencies.• Creating Port Call Reports (PCR) on reconciliation.• Follow ups with Agencies for PCR approval and generation of Invoices accordingly to Trade Management.• Handling new Transitions and achieving agreed performance to generate new business opportunities.
