Bringing people together and helping in both big and small ways is what gets me up in the morning. Simply put - I’m a people-person who loves helping others. These passions started quite young; I was always looking for ways to welcome new students into the classroom, especially those who didn’t speak English.Throughout my career, I’ve always been looked to for all things organization, people, and processes and this is where my strengths lie. However, one thing I’ve learned from being an HR consultant at a small start-up is that being ready for continuous curveballs, tackling new tasks you\'ve never done before, and truly wearing multiple hats can be just as exciting and fulfilling as maintaining a color-coded spreadsheet.
