   As Director of Governance and Special Programs at AO North America, I serve as the organization\'s governance and project planning expert—supporting leadership effectiveness, aligning programs with strategic goals, and ensuring compliance across our governance structures. I work closely with the Board of Directors (BoD), Executive Council (EC), and clinical divisions to enhance cohesion, streamline processes, and elevate the volunteer experience-Serve as principal advisor to the Board of Directors and Executive Council, shaping governance policy, strategic planning, and leadership development in alignment with institutional priorities-Guide cross-functional projects and working groups, framing issues, building governance processes, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making-Manage governance communications, data systems, and leadership resources to ensure transparency and accountability-Coordinate annual reports, partnerships, and elections to advance institutional priorities and strengthen organizational engagement.
