ABOUT SHEILA MILTON
I am a creative, passionate Diversity Equity Inclusion Leader that works closely with all stakeholders (executives, leaders, employees and employee resource groups) to develop diversity and inclusion strategies that focus on fostering inclusion and developing cultural competence at all levels within organizations. I partner with senior leaders, human resources, talent development and talent acquisition, to look through a DEI lens to help organizations address every opportunity to improve and strengthen our practices and policies regarding DEI and to build strong pipelines of diverse talent. I work to engage all necessary stakeholders to implement goals that link strategic priorities with DEI results, as well as goals that call for systemic change through individual approaches to education & learning. In my previous role as a Director of Talent Management with CUNA Mutual Group, I led the Talent Management Team and was a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team. My legacy at CMG includes creating and establishing the Women’s Executive Leadership Institute, implementing a contemporary and engaging Learning Management System and spearheading integrated solutions that increased leader effectiveness, individual performance and business success.Before joining UW Credit Union, I held positions at CUNA Mutual Group, Kraft Heinz and Oscar Mayer, where I served in both corporate and business unit level roles to support functional areas including Human Resources, Corporate & Legislative Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Technology, Customer Service and Manufacturing.
