My consulting firm Workplace Culture Institute, LLC is based in Atlanta, GA and serves clients globally. I help clients define organizational culture, increase employee engagement, and drive organizational change. I work with companies to uncover the distinctive attributes that constitute the organization\'s identity. Added to that, we target the Priorities to focus on in order to bring needed change to the company.Case examples:> I conducted a culture assessment for a company that had acquired several companies over the past year. Because of a tight timeline for the process, I conducted open-ended surveys with leadership and employees of all companies. Then, I created a summary presentation based on the data collected that guided the discussion of the leadership group when they met for a one and 1/2 day retreat. At the conclusion, employees agreed on the Purpose, core values, and vision that would guide the company in the years ahead.> I conducted a culture assessment to identify the organization\'s core principles and values. Then, I worked with the Leadership Team as their culture coach. Additionally, I supported a committee of employees to determine ways to integrate the core principles and values into their daily work habits and processes.> I conducted a culture assessment on a Fortune 50 company and on a potential acquisition. Then, I identified the cultural benefits and obstacles for implementing the acquisition.> I conducted an employee engagement survey and then worked with three employee teams to create and implement action plans to improve engagement.
