With over 40 years of excellence, Action Property Management is a leader in homeowner association management. Established in 1984 with a vision to elevate ethical standards in the industry, we have grown from a single client to becoming the largest privately owned HOA management company in the Western U.S. Today, we proudly serve more than 300 communities across nine offices, driven by nearly 900 passionate team members who are committed to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.At Action, our mission is to redefine community management by fostering positive experiences. Through personalized service, cutting-edge technology, and unwavering accountability, we are creating communities where residents feel valued and connected.As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, I bring over 20 years of experience in leadership, hospitality, marketing, branding, and sales. I lead all aspects of marketing and sales, including lead generation, presentations, contract negotiation, and client onboarding. My focus is on driving growth by expanding our market presence, opening new offices, and broadening our service offerings nationwide. I work closely with the leadership team to align our strategies with corporate objectives, fostering innovation and ensuring sustained growth.
