Reports directly to Chief Procurement Officer.Additional responsibilities include- Direct management of:Global Travel Operations Supervisor with three (3) Regional Travel Managers for Americas, EMEA and APAC (covering 30 POS countries)Global Commercial Card Program Administrator (Amex)Global Expense System Program Administrator (Concur)- Strategy development, including coordination for all travel related categories- Sourcing and contract lead for all RFP bid processes to include air/rail, lodging, ground transportation, technology, and other travel-related categories- Review, benchmark, and update travel policy, based on best practices and industry changes- Corporate communications including travel website, traveler updates, travel alerts and security messaging (in concert with Risk Management)- Providing compliance reporting and consultative analysis for divisional officers- Along with staff, developing traveler education through various channels including workshops, online FAQs, and travel coordinator training sessions.
