About Sheila Hamilton
As the CEO of Beyond Well Media, I have been providing mental health programming and training for businesses who are serious about employee behavioral health since January 2022. With the help of my team, I have developed and hosted Beyond Well, a podcast that explores topics such as anxiety, depression, procrastination, and psychological flexibility. Our goal is to listen, validate, and provide tools for better living for our listeners and clients. I have over 29 years of experience in media production and content strategy, and I am passionate about raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues, especially among women. I am the author of All the Things We Never Knew, a memoir that chronicles my journey of chasing the chaos of mental illness. I have also been a speaker, moderator, and consultant for various mental health, psychiatry, and psychology conferences and events. I have won multiple awards for my work, including five Emmys, an Associated Press award, and Portland\'s Number One Radio Personality.
