   Originally hired as Enterprise PMO Manager responsible for future strategy of Enterprise PMO and governance to align with Ally\'s agile transformation. As part of that recommendation, focus included providing guidance in the maturity of Communities of Practices across the organization. This resulted in a move to a new Ally Agile Center of Excellence sponsored by the digital organization to facilitate organizational agile maturity. This move elevated my ability to provide enterprise influence in promoting the maturity, cross-collaboration, and visibility of the communities and enable the acceleration of knowledge growth in our product development domains. Responsible for increasing the visibility of the Ally Agile Center of Excellence through the creation of the Agile Knowledge Center and structured educational offerings. Provide coaching and training on Agile & Lean concepts, frameworks, practices and enterprise tools including JIRA, MS Teams, SharePoint, and other O365 applications. Champion the Be(even)Better Community of Communities and the Ally Agile Coaching Community of Practice which pull together the domain Community Leads and Enterprise Coaches respectively to share knowledge, collaborate on best practices, and determine future approaches. Member of multiple strategic task forces focused on maximizing value of CoEs, CoPs, tech learning, and aligning compliance needs with Agile and SDLC.
