   Executed legal transition of customer contracts to a newly formed subsidiary across the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC, negotiating and drafting complex agreements across multiple regions with no material customer attrition or regulatory incident.· Led enterprise AI governance program from the ground up, building AI systems inventory, risk classification framework, and compliance readiness aligned to the EU AI Act. Drafted and operationalized responsible use policies, end-user generative AI disclaimers, and AI-specific contractual terms; advised product and engineering teams on responsible deployment of embedded and generative AI features.· Built the company\'s first global privacy program from scratch, DSAR workflows, global opt-out mechanisms, consent management, data retention, and vendor due diligence across US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC. Program has passed enterprise customer privacy audits and supported sales cycles with large enterprise accounts.· Designed AI risk assessment frameworks spanning employee tools, third-party vendors, and product-embedded AI features. Developed screening questionnaires and review gates integrated into procurement and product development workflows, operationalizing AI governance across the business.
