ABOUT SHEILA SHEPHERD
I am a very dedicated employee that works hard to find the ideal solution for customers. My education is in Mechanical Engineering but I have been closely tied to manufacturing throughout my entire life and career. I love to understand how things are built and their final usage.My past role as Sales Development Managers allowed me to work with customers to determine the best material and/or process that fit their needs; in addition, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to witness the final customer product in most cases. As a Boeing Manufacturing Engineer I was able to gain intimate knowledge of machining, forming, welding, heat treating, chemical processing and final finishing of metallic parts. During my role as a M&P engineer, I added to my manufacturing knowledge with the understanding of the impact of processing through both destructive and non-destructive testing.
