I\'m a strategic and results-oriented professional who is passionate about connecting and working effectively with people, finding or developing efficiencies, and ensuring the best potential outcome. I joined EY as the Americas BMC Talent Leader. I had the privilege of leading a communications team that focused on sharing talent experience including recruiting, development, well-being, diversity and inclusion, and corporate responsibility. I oversaw internal, marketing, PR and social efforts for Talent with the goal of engaging and inspiring our people and connecting with our clients, recruits and in the marketplace during the pandemic.Prior to EY, I worked at Deloitte for 20 years in a wide range of roles including the Communications Leader for Talent. Additionally, I was directly responsible for the development and execution of communications strategies for their $300M leadership center, Deloitte University. Prior to that I served as the Chief of Staff for the Deputy CEO and Communications Senior Manager for the Office of the U.S. CEO. I also served in a number of roles such as Special Projects Manager for the U.S. CEO, PMO lead for the Global CEO’s transition team, and as a Learning Manager leading milestone events and national career development efforts.
