About Sheila Redick

My career has taken many interesting twists and turns: from journalist to PR pro, urban policy and education reform advocate to HR human capital leader. I\'m passionate about finding, developing and retaining great talent, and supporting managers and employees to ensure incredible outcomes for kids. When a great opportunity arises, and I feel I can can contribute to it significantly, I jump in. A lifelong learner and passionate, equity focused leader, I\'m always on the lookout for expanding my world and applying my skills to make people and the places they work better. I\'m a big picture thinker, but I can dig into the details to move ideas into action. I love using the power of words coupled with data to paint a picture or persuade, translating complex ideas into understanding. I bring to every job a sense of curiosity and ambition, always looking to take work to the next level of greatness. I don\'t shy from challenges, but embrace them.
