Manage personnel, consisting of engineering technicians, metrologists and programmers who provided a wide range of technical support services to the Measurement Science Department (MSD). Oversee and participate in all phases of Government contracting administration, including technical and cost proposal development, task development and budgeting, staff supervision, customer liaison, task tracking and evaluation, quality assurance and the review of task order deliverables.
