Serving in the deputy general counsel role for SpaceX’s international satellite telecommunication business Starlink, and our emerging direct-to-cell service. I lead legal strategy, drafting and negotiations for all customer-facing Starlink and direct-to-cell products and services, including for the enterprise, consumer and retail programs. In collaboration with other Starlink legal team members, I provide counsel to our engineering and business teams on go-to-market, growth and operational requirements for internet service providers in over 50 countries. I also oversee the team responsible for advising the business and technical teams on national security, cross border and international trade matters for Starlink, Starshield and our direct-to-cell services.
