KSG deliver services across five industry sectors – Professional Offices, Travel & Leisure, Retail, Third Level Education and Healthcare.Key duties and responsibilities of my role include: • Promoting continuous improvement of the Quality Management System ensuring that highstandards of both Quality & Safety are maintained.• Assisting in the improvement, development and implementation of company Quality, Food Safety,and Health & Safety policies and procedures.• Conducting Food Safety helper audits incorporating Customer Service and Quality standards,review and report.• Conducting follow-up/surveillance Food Safety and Health & Safety audits, review and report.• Assisting the Group Quality, Food Safety and Health & Safety Manager Update/complete SOP’s & Risk Assessments for all areas/procedures.• Assisting the Group Quality, Food Safety and Health & Safety Manager in the resolution of product complaints, non-conformances, and customer/client queries together with public & employeeaccidents and incidents.• Assisting and providing support to the Group Quality, Food Safety and Health & Safety Manager on Environmental initiatives and policies and procedures.• Providing direct support on Project Mobilization activities.• Providing support and delivering further stages of appropriate training.• As a member of the Quality team, I contribute proactively to the development of the QMSstrategy and culture and lead and support operational problem solving and improvementinitiatives as necessary.
