About Sheila Lambert

Sheila Lambert brings a unique perspective to leadership coaching utilizing her extensive experience and training in Clinical Therapy and Organizational and Leadership Coaching. She works with Leaders and Organizations to optimize the development of themselves and their teams. She holds a masters degree in Organizational Leadership and masters degree in Counseling and has been very successful in her practice for over 20 years. She has been working with Leaders and teams for many years to help improve team communication, work through conflict and empower leaders to improve leadership presence. She has 35 years of experience working in the mental health and addiction field and 15 years of experience working within Higher Education institutions. She has training in developing Behavior Intervention and CARE Teams that meet best practice and she had the privilege of co-authoring a chapter in “Colleges in the Crosshairs, an Administrative Perspective on Prevention of Gun Violence”. She has served on National and Regional NASPA boards providing expertise in working collaboratively on developing comprehensive violence prevention programs.
