As the Director of Operations at Google, I lead a team who are scaling the fabrication process for the world\'s highest performance ultra-high density monolithic RGB µLED displays. I have over 10 years of experience in epitaxial growth and materials characterization, as well as in product and process engineering for devices such as pHEMT, BiHEMT, and HBT. My focus is now on manufacturing and scale.My core competencies include team-oriented leadership, especially in moving processes from development to production, and in analysis tools for product and integration engineering. I also have a strong background in materials characterization techniques, such as X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, photoluminescence, and AFM, and I have adapted them to production use. My mission is to leverage my expertise in devices and epitaxy engineering to create innovative and scalable solutions for display and communication applications.
