About Sheila Humberstone
Since 2003, Sheila has engaged in the full time practice of state governmental affairs. She has been at the center of some of the biggest and most successful issues in recent times, including but not limited to: re-regulation of the Coin Operated Amusement Machine industry (Gaming), Sunday alcohol sales, and the re-regulation of the state\'s Certificate of Need program. She specializes in complex issue management at the legislative, state agency, and other regulatory bodies, with a special focus on healthcare. She has a reputation of working extremely hard on behalf of her clients, using her relationships as well as her concrete understanding of very complex issues, and this model has been very successful. Sheila was a competitive Division 1 student athlete. Throughout her swimming career, she demonstrated and enjoyed: an ability to self motivate, a strive for excellence, and an appreciation of the art of preparation. These unique skills serve her well in the business world. Sheila holds a Masters Degree from Emory University in Atlanta.
