I am a Principal in the Albuquerque office that provides assurance services for government contractors, not-for-profit and tribal enterprise entities. I provide services for financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, Uniform Grant Compliance and Program-Specific Audits. Also have significant experience related to consolidations, New Mexico State Audit Rule, government auditing standards, GASB, revenue recognition and research and resolution of complex accounting issues. Perform indirect cost audits and perform consulting services specifically related to FAR type contracts. I am a career advisor to audit staff and senior members and manage teams up to 8 people per day. I regularly provide in house training to staff and outside training for various entities and for conferences. I also use my knowledge and skill to provide comments on the compliance supplement, Single Audit guides, data collection form and have helped provide comments and develop internal Single Audit templates and tools for team members to utilize.
