ABOUT SHEILA H.
Exciting to be working in a new team that is still in forming stage of development as it transitions into new ways of working. Interesting projects and initiations to look forward to. My seven years at Stagecoach has offered me so many opportunities to work on pure business change, SaaS implementations, hardware upgrades, event deployments with SC requirement and a large scale short term event support in Birmingham. Current support to the Business Development team on franchising, new contracts and disbursements. All fun and interesting activities. Welcome the opportunity to demonstrate my experience and initiative to deliver key schemes that make a real difference - not only to the organisation but to our wider stakeholders, our customers! Following 9 years working at TfGM rolling out technological solutions and initiatives to better understand, and therefore manage, the local road network of Greater Manchester, I decided a move to broaden my horizons was needed. My move to Vaultex in April 2016 offered me new challenges to face and new skills to develop. Projects of note to date included the roll out of processes to support the implementation of GDPR, the hard and software changes to enable new banknotes, and the split of companies as ring-fencing rolled out to secure assets. Qualified as both a change manager, with aptitude to engage with staff to encourage acceptance of organisational transitions, and a programme manager. Qualified in inclusive design to include greater awareness of accessibility issues in projects plus a project quality audit qualification to ensure governance is followed at key gateways to maintain a projects\' continued viability. Fortunate to have a strong background as PMO lead - completing routine P3M3 audits as standard improvement approach. As a strong team player, with excellent communication and engagement skills, I look to deliver at all times. Whether it’s developing requirements from user stories, to interpreting data to help with operational or strategic analysis, to learning new skills and techniques, it’s all positive and where I thrive. I’m a natural problem solver with the aim to solve rather than procrastinate. Moving into Agile as a whole new way of delivering the technology elements of programmes and projects - whilst it won\'t work with a lot of organisations where the governance behemoth is still roaming the approvals Savannah it is possible to dip into Agile for elements of delivery as a flexible approach. There is a way to manage a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall. Be adaptable - it\'s the zen way to go!
