Deliver care through exceptional client service and create a differentiating client experience while providing support to internal and external clients by executing on the company Purpose, Mission, and Values.2. Responsible for incoming calls for routine and complex inquiries regarding products, procedures, and systems for new and existing clients.3. Provide accurate information and support to Consumer, Small Business and Premier Clients with products including Digital/e-Services, Credit and Debit Cards, Loans, Demand Deposit, Time Deposit and Retirement accounts.4. Investigate and provide resolution to clients’ requests calling the Care Center, Branches, and other lines of business, requiring use of one specialty (e.g. Wire Operation Department, Line Collection, Recovery Department, Financial Solutions, Treasury Client Support, Client First Solution (CFS), etc.) 5. Committed to utilize all available tools and resources to maintain client satisfaction, track all unresolved issues accurately, to ensure timely follow up and resolution. Provide outstanding, personalized service to all clients by building rapport and providing timely solutions and/or alternatives. Assist clients with inquiries and problem resolution with accounts, loans, credit card, wire, ACH services, payments, etc.8. Inform and educate clients on their self-service options through various Truist technologies to improve their individual banking experience. Follow established policies, procedures, guidelines, and laws to protect both our clients and Truist from any unnecessary risk. Stay updated with the procedures and regulations, based on roles and responsibilities to ensuring accurate and complete data is provided to regulators, investors, and the public.
