Responsible for planning, directing, and managing the activities and operations of the Finance Department including cash management, debt issuance, directing investments, filing of required statements and reporting with all federal, state and local entities. Also responsible for managing and directing the Park District capital and operating budgets, payroll administration, accounts payable/receivable, accounting control, revenue collection and coordinating assigned activities with other Park District departments and outside agencies. Oversees the Information Technology division. Provides high level support to the Executive Director, the Board of Commissioners and all Park District Managerial staff.
