I began at BET, building a strong foundation in advertising and marketing, before transitioning into the record industry, where I managed the budgets and special events throughout the Mid-Atlantic region to spotlight talent and optimize promotional projects. As Director of Promotions for Washington, DC’s leading radio station, I helped shape Urban AC programming that resonated across the nation lovingly known as The Quiet Storm.Today, my work centers on cultivating strategic, culturally aligned partnerships that fuel growth and innovation. I develop and implement multi-year partnership strategies, support complex negotiations, and create national business opportunities that keep pace with today’s entertainment and edutainment landscape. With a pulse on current trends and a commitment to impactful collaborations, I am dedicated to driving meaningful advancements for the industry.In my spare time, I cook.
