People Business Partner supporting approximately 5,200 Management and Bargained employees, including 3 offsite locations. Partners with Tulsa Maintenance Base business leaders, including offsite locations CRC, BWC and APU, providing HR insight and risks associated with employment actions. • Collaborates with Labor and Legal, to ensure consistency, for case recommendations. • Regularly engages with the TUL Workforce group (Admin) on employee questions, issues regarding attendance, restrictions and accommodations. • Attends Manager Staff meetings and weighs in from the Human Resources standpoint. • Investigates alleged work rule infractions and serves as 29f scribe upon request from Supervisors and/or Managers. Coaches Supervisors and Managers regarding 29f interviews. • Presents work related training to Supervisors and Managers, including Investigations Refresher and various topics for Supervisor Forums. • Conducts Work Environment crew talks with frontline employees upon request from their leadership. Facilitates employee conflict resolution meetings when needed and/or requested. • Engages with employees regarding their ADA requests and facilitates a workable resolution for the Company and Employee. • Facilitates onsite employee engagement opportunities, including 2016, 2017 Earth Day and Passport Application, Renewal events on the Tulsa Base (and at the offsite locations). • Participates in AA events including the MLK parade, AA Family carnivals, Heart Walk, AA Benefit Roadshow, AA Smoke Off, AMT recognition and OU Mammogram unit visit.
