ABOUT SHEILA BURKE

I am a litigator in the area of professional liability, representing insurance agents, brokers, real estate agents and officers/directors. I am also highly experienced in all general insurance defense areas including automobile law, premises liability, along with defending insurance carriers in bad faith lawsuits. My practice for the past 26 years has spanned across Pennsylvania. I am committed to my clients and working with them to reach the best resolution possible. I value my relationships with my clients and realize that litigation can be a scary and frustrating experience for them. Therefore, I work closely with them from beginning to end keeping them fully informed and involved to ensure they understand the process. My strengths are managing litigation, trying cases, negotiating settlements, and handling appeals.Specialties: My practice focuses on defense of professional and general liability claims of insurance agents, brokers, real estate professionals, director and officers, business owners, management companies, and insurance carriers in the areas of bad faith.Working with these professionals has been rewarding and worthwhile and its been a privilege to assist them in a difficult time.
