Lead Quality Assurance Analyst @Varicent

Lead a team of QA Engineers to ensure the quality of Enterprise SaaS application. Work with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, product managers, and technical communication experts to ensure timely and quality delivery of products. Responsible for maintaining current release and backlog Scrum board along with Development Lead. Mentor new software testers to enable them to take ownership of software under test and become quality advocates. Work with developers to create and maintain test automation suite. Work with QA Managers to improve Quality Assurance processes.
