   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Designing of pump rooms including Water Filtration, Domestic Water Supply, Irrigation, ETS (Energy Transfer Service), RO Plant, Firefighting etc.• Designing of Generator room ventilation system & acoustic treatment.• AHU’s, FCU’s & Fans external static pressure drop calculation.• Chilled water pipe size calculation.• Responsible for selection and installation of sanitary ware from high end to budget friendly options, depending on the project requirements. • Reviewing of Mechanical drawings in coordination with project specification.• Preparation of Mechanical shop drawing in coordination with other services.• Study of project specification and scope of work and segregating the material as per their discipline.• Quantity takeoff of long lead items from IFC & comparing with BOQ quantities.• Sending RFQ’s to different suppliers & Collecting quotations for all Mechanical Equipment. • Technical and commercial analysis of quotations based upon specification, standard and equipment schedule. • Preparation and submission of material technical submittal.• Coordinating with consultant for material technical submittal approval. • Transfer of material approval to Procurement department for issuing the P.O.• Follow up with the supplier until the equipment deliver to the site/store.• Inspection of all incoming materials & coordinate with QC. department for raising material inspection report.• Providing technical support to the Construction team.• Preparation and submission of O&M manuals & coordinating with consultant for approval.
