About Basharat
I\'ve more than seven years of experience in ETL, Data migrations and Scripting. I\'ve worked on 100+ data migration projects and helped organizations to automate the process with the help of ETL tools (SSIS) and custom tools / scripts. I\'ve worked closely with business users to ensure that they are satisfied with the migrated data that involved requirement gathering, data mapping, data migration, auditing, hypercare, fixing data defects, ad-hoc reporting and much more.I\'m also responsible for managing database objects like tables, views, stored procedures, functions and triggers to support application features and write complex SQL scripts including dynamic SQL to implement custom changes requested by business.
