As an Associate Consultant with over 3 years of experience in Java application support and development, I bring a diverse skill set to my work. I have worked extensively with GE Capital applications and have experience in handling L2 and L3 support, incident management, request tickets, and change requests via ServiceNow. My experience in handling backend updates through SQL and deploying them to production through GIT, Jenkins, and Udeploy has provided me with a strong understanding of implementation methodology like planning and deployment. I have also worked on defect management through Rally and have experience in Splunk for server and application log analysis. In addition, I have written SOPs for common backend updates and monthly data refresh updates. I am a quick learner who can grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment. My ability to learn and adapt to new technologies has been further enhanced through my completion of the Agile Software Development course from Coursera in March 2022. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in coordinating with GE users, business users, and bank users for any queries through Outlook mail or scheduling meetings through Microsoft Teams. I also have a basic knowledge of Excel worksheets and have worked with E-mailing tools such as MS Outlook and Google.
