I am currently working at a 4 GW solar cell manufacturing plant, where I specialize in the Batch Texturing process as part of the Wet Chemistry cluster. My role involves the chemical texturization of solar cells using advanced automation systems, including the Robo Technik machine. I have developed strong problem-solving skills through hands-on experience in troubleshooting machine errors, optimizing performance, and ensuring process consistency.•In addition to Batch Texturing, I have also gained practical exposure to other critical stages of solar cell production such as Diffusion, Pre-Annealing, LDSE, and Post-Annealing.•From the early stages of this designation, I have been involved in machine installation and process setup. I have worked on trial wafers to verify automation functions, detect errors, and implement solutions effectively. My responsibilities also include managing chemical levels, filling and draining tanks,dosage tanks and maintaining optimal temperature conditions and exhaust level of bath levels —all of which are crucial for consistent texturing process,quality and efficiency.•Worked collaboratively with quality and process teams to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.Contributed to maintaining 5S, safety, and process discipline across the production area.Supported process optimization and yield improvement through team-driven Kaizen activities.Key Achievements:•Consistently met production targets with reduced defect rates.•Recognized for teamwork and quality focus in the production line.
